Do you need help managing your digital transformation of your Microsoft Dynamics GP business software system? What are the options to help your staff streamline operations to save time? We have developed an “Annual Business Review” for our Dynamics GP customers to help provide answers to these questions. This is a free assessment service for any of our Dynamics GP customers who have an active service plan. This meeting is usually for managers or senior staff. The overall goal is to help you understand the technological options that are available today. By sharing what your challenges are today, this permits us to collectively provide options, where possible, to enhance your business software system to meet those goals.
We are always looking for ways to help our clients get the most out of their Microsoft Dynamics GP business software systems. As new versions are released, and even with existing versions, there are typically many features that clients are not aware of that can streamline or improve their current processes. To help pinpoint these areas, we have developed “User Activity Sessions”. In these sessions, we meet with users individually or teams, to go through their current processes in GP and identify areas that we can help improve. We also go over pain points that users are facing and offer solutions or alternatives, where they exist or can be put in place. Due to the world we live in, we have been conducting these remotely for the past year.

Dynamics GP Version Update
Microsoft released the latest version of Dynamics GP 3 months ago. Version 18.3, also named version 2018 R3, has many new features that we believe can streamline operations for many of our GP users. Copy and paste functionality in purchasing. Importing credit card transactions. Additional user defined fields for journal entry transactions. Multi-factor authentication. This is one of the 20+ significant new features included in this version. If you were using GP 2018 and recently had us install the 1099 NEC update, you already have this version on your system.

You can see the version of GP that you are using when you either start GP on your PC or when you click on ? (Help) symbol in the top right corner of your screen and choose the last option on the drop-down menu that is named About GP. Which of these versions are you currently using? If you are not using at least GP 2016, your product is no longer on an active support plan, as noted below.
As a Great Plains user who is current on your Microsoft annual maintenance plan, you are also entitled to the latest version of your business software system for no additional licensing cost. Your only cost for an upgrade would be our Micro Force services to assist you and your team in getting the latest version of your Microsoft business software system in place. Management Reporter Resources
Management Reporter (MR) is the financial reporting system that is included with your Dynamics GP system.
You are probably using Management Reporter (hereinafter MR) on a monthly basis to produce your financial reports. But maybe these were setup for you a while back and you have not had the time to learn the many features that are included in MR? Or maybe you did set these reports up but it has been a while? Are you aware that there are two different reporting options that come with MR to consume this data and both can easily send your reports to Excel, the viewer and the browser?
There are also many other features that we have found our Dynamics GP users had no idea were available in this program when we have provided training for our clients. If you would like to schedule a two- hour MR training session, please email us your request to email@example.com.
