In Business Portal – Benefit Self Service, an employee can view and print a report showing the status of their enrollment selections. 

You can see which processes have or have not been completed regarding a benefit enrollment using the following reports.

  • Benefits Confirmation Statement
  • Benefits Selected Statement
  • Benefits Not Yet Selected Statement

What does it look like?

Business Portal > Human Resources Center > Benefit Self Service Center Pages > Benefits Summary
