    Profile: The Stamford Jewish Community Center (JCC) has served the Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Bedford and Pound Ridge area for more than 90 years.  It offers recreational, educational, cultural and social services. Membership is open to all, regardless of race or religion. Its members are direct beneficiaries of the JCC’s commitment to quality, which is reflected by maintaining excellence in all of its programs and services.


    Business Situation: The Stamford JCC was using an outdated RealWorld DOS based system. There was a lack of flexibility in reporting (“Reports were what they were”). Together with the financial inefficiencies that resulted from using this outdated system, the JCC was unable to implement a top-of-the-line community center operating package due to compatibility issues. These two issues proved to be a major hardship from both an operational and financial point of view, and prompted the JCC to seek a new ERP system.
